You may have noticed that your iPhone cannot read some NFC records when you bring your NFC chip close to it.
Unfortunately, Apple restricts their background reading to basic NFC records like URL, TEL, SMS...
Even if records such as Contact or WiFi are standard (according to the NFC Forum Specifications), iPhones doesn't read this sort of records. However, these records works fine on other platform like Android. So we hope Apple will fix it soon.
Currently, you must have a reader app such as NFC Tools to be able to read such non supported records on iPhones.
